I've been neglecting to update about new stuff I've been listening to.

So here's Bon Iver (pronounced Bon Hiver, yes kiddies, in French) Eh, so it's not exactly new but I can't stop listening to Skinny Love. It's made my Top 25 Most Played. It's also been announced that he's gonna contribute to the New Moon soundtrack, SELL-OUT flashed in my brain, but then I took it back because as anti-Twilight as I'm feeling right now, those people did come up with a great soundtrack. And they just put Closer by Kings of Leon on the soundtrack. Which is one of my favourites. So I folded.
I also refuse to give in to all this hype over Kanye vs. Taylor. Stop going on about it. You're giving him the publicity he needs to re-ignite his career. I'll give him a light as long as he never, EVER speaks again. His music's alright, really.

Just finished True Blood Season 2 as well. It just gets weirder and weirder. That show is unashamedly selling itself with sex. Really, pagan orgies? Really scraping the barrel there, HBO. Since Godric died, I've been harbouring a secret longing for him to come back to life. (: He was interesting. And Sookie is SERIOUSLY getting on my nerves now. She's unrealistically nice, and is also unrealistically stupid. Not to mention she gets some of the worst lines in the history of screenplay. Now, I'm gonna say something but before I get lynched I'd like to justify myself. Bill is annoying. He hasn't got much of a personality. He's an Edward Cullen. Nice packaging, empty on the inside. Eric on the other hand? WAAAAAY more interesting (Course it doesn't hurt that he got rid of that ridiculous hair from Season 1.) in just about every way imaginable. The homosexual undertones, the Danish, being a Viking. Bill is so vanilla compared to Eric. This may just be me and my tendency to favour the anti-hero (like Dean. :P ) but I'm a bit sick of Bill. Sookie should take off with Eric. Scratch that. I should take off with Eric. But really, someone new and interesting and hot should be written in for Eric in Season 3. Like Olivia Wilde. It's about time 13 died on House anyway.
