Just a quick update before I start the "hardcore" revision. Pfft.
1. Just watched Star Trek. Which, to my surprise, WAS FRIGGIN' AWESOME. Oh my days, the best movie I have seen in MONTHS, without a smidgen of doubt. HOTDAMN, Chris Pine looked good. I cannot believe I ever found him ugly (Princess Diaries 2/Blind Date/Judt My Luck). This movie has TONS of people in it! To name a few: Dr. Cameron (Jennifer Morrison), Harold Lee (John Cho), Charlie Bartlett, Hot Fuzz guy (Simon Pegg), Sylar (!!), The Hulk (Eric Bana) AND A BAJILLION MORE. By the way, Harold kicked ass, even without Kumar. And Charlie Bartlett was HILARIOUS with his Russian accent! LOL.
2. Anyway, the iPod situation. It's pretty grim really. Finally managed to send it to AV when they were actually open, and the diagnosis is terrible. My iPod is terminal. There's a problem with the hard-drive and it can be fixed, but it'll cost as much as a new one. The cause of death? Over-use. Dammit, when is someone gonna make something that can withstand my listening hours? The more pressing issue is, what am I gonna get now? Let's weigh up the options.

Extra update: my lovely parents immediately set out to buy another iPod, I think they knew I'd flip out and eat my brother's hair if I didn't have music. So I have a Black Classic 120 GB. :) Yay Me!
