Now, honestly, the kid in the foreground, and the guy on your right of him. In the same band? Zounds! It cannot be! OMGROFL, they are! This is Tokio Hotel, pretty hot stuff in Germany, apparently. And the two COMPLETELY contrasting people in this band are in fact brothers. Let's better that, they're twins. I can even go one further and tell you that they are actually identical twins. This calls for an enormous TAEKWONDO moment. I mean, at first sight, Bill Kaulitz (emo guy) looks like, well, an emo guy. All my prejudices burst forth immediately. Then when I see his identical twin brother (Tom Kaulitz), I am just baffled. How can these brothers grow up so differently? The other two (drummer and bassist) would fit in seamlessly into any other Rock-band-photoshoot. But the twins? It's a miracle they even get along well enough (musically) to write and perform anything, with what appears to be such varying styles. I do recommend them though, despite the decidedly emo lyrics (that I can interpret, anyway, they do both English & German songs) the songs are pretty catchy. But please, please, for me, don't watch the videos on YouTube of them speaking English. The others sound alright, but Bill, oh dear, he's already androgynous visually, and to top it off, he has a high-pitched voice. If he was a girl, I would say he's pretty. 
But, HOLY CRAP. Is that EYESHADOW and MASCARA I see?! I know emo guys have a "thing" for eyeliner, but this isn't just toe-ing the line, this is bloody tearing it up with a combine harvester. Don't get me wrong, I think the band is absolutely brilliant, but I think the whole non-conformist thing might have been taken too far. You still want to be recognizable as a male specimen of the human species. I'm sure I'm not the first to have mistaken him for a girl.
