I was practically swaying on my feet by the end of the English exam. It's so mentally exhausting. And I should be panicking and running around like a headless chicken right now, trying to revise Economics. But still, even after an entire day of exams, the "OMFG, EXAMS." feeling hasn't set in yet. I know Maths is gonna screw me, History, probably. Yet, I can't really make myself sit down. And start revising. I've basically given up on revising for the Science Internals. It's only the Externals that really matter anyway. (:
Personally, I hope History is mainly source-based, because the dates just don't stay in my head. It's like a sieve when it comes to meaningless jumbles of numbers. The only date I've EVER managed to remember is 1066. Which is probably tattooed in every other student in Yr 10's brain, though I can't remember any details attached to it. The number basically conjures up a string of random words: Normandy, Comet, Tapestry...you get the gist.
I never remember the important, useful facts. I remember idiotic, pointless, unnecessary crap. Like ATP. Adenozine Tri-Phosphate? WTF. Thanks, we really need to know the A-Level word for energy, DON'T WE? And the annoying thing is, when I tried revising Bio, that was all I could remember!
So firstly, I'd like to thank The Holloways, Scouting For Girls, The Wombats, Arctic Monkeys, Paolo Nutini and the brilliant Biffy Clyro for helping me with the revision I was actually bothered to do. It's scary how alike Sara & I are sometimes. Music is our ADD medication. Without music, I just can't concentrate! I get distracted so easily, it's like:
"Diseconomies of scale occur when...TAEKWONDO, I'm hungry."
We're working on our theory about our abnormal-ness in Geography. We can't make any progress in English because we ALWAYS get caught by The Lopez.
See what I'm doing, making EVERY excuse known to man to NOT revise. I could go in the exam hall with my common sense, but I don't think they really pass it in Yr 10. We could get away with it before, but apparently not anymore. BLAGH.

Cookies to whoever gets to sit behind this guy with a white T-shirt in their Non-Calculator Maths Paper. (:
