HAPPY NEW YEAR

Well, well, well. Nice to see everyone this side of the new year. :) I have finally agreed completely upon what I shall blog about. Whenever I'm bothered, I'll blog about random stuff. Have little rants about school, people etc. But each week, (and this is a resolution!) I will recommend an album/band/musician, movie/theatre production, and book. So this is the first of these Weeklies. And yes I know the spelling is incorrect. I have made it that way. I think it's cooler. So there. I need a banner for it. :D I'll go make one now. Hopefully my wireless wont disconnect itself while I'm busy.

This may take longer than expected. I'm distracted. As usual.

How's that? Yes, I suppose it is quite similar to my banner. But what the hell. So, the first Weekly of the New Year.

Music:
A band I've talked about before, but they're so good they deserve another mention. BRAND NEW. Their new album is "The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me."Jesus Christ and Not the Sun are my FAVOURITE songs on the album. Not the Sun sounds a bit...mainstreamed. But when the screaming started, I smiled again.

Books:
I recommend that everyone read Puckoon by Spike Milligan. If you're the intellectual type, then you can analyse hidden meanings, cultural significance etc. etc. But if you're like me, you'll just laugh your way through the book.
Movies:
Another plot set in Ireland is the film The Actors. Another comedy, coincidentally. It's HILARIOUS. I love this movie to bits. & I want everyone to watch it. :) Haha, I love the little girl. "I was born ancient"
Hahahaha, and even Dylan Moran was amazing in it!
"McCullaugh! That's a right lump of a sausage!"
"Do it with a little bit more...oomph."
"Oh, ok. *cough* MCCULLAUGH THAT'S A-I'm sorry, I can't do this.*walks out*"

Painfully awkward, I question the existance of love. I like turtles.
